Way back in 2011, Nike dropped a special iteration of the Air Force 1 Low celebrating the “Year of the Rabbit” as part of their Chinese New Year. Now as the new “Year of the Rabbit” approaches, Nike will now be dropping a Nike Dunk Low inspired by that same Air Force 1 Low.
Shown below, the Nike Dunk Low Year of the Rabbit comes dressed in a White, Crimson, and Varsity Royal color scheme. Just like Air Force 1 Low from 2011 (see below) the Dunk Low dons a Grey suede base with White leather overlays highlighted by the Crimson chenille Swoosh on the lateral and Royal Swoosh on the medial. You will also find a rabbit logo on the lateral heel and insoles along with Chinese characters on the tongues. A translucent outsole with both the year’s “2011” and “2023” rounds out the main features of this “Year of the Rabbit” inspired Dunk Low.
The Nike Dunk Low Year of the Rabbit has not been given an official release date but you can expect them to drop early on in 2023. Stay tuned for official release information.
In other release news, the Air Jordan 9 Fire Red is scheduled to drop on December 13th.
