After making a return last year, it looks like the adidas Crazy 1 will continue to have more releases in 2023.

Better known as Kobe Bryant’s first signature shoe with adidas, the uniquely designed basketball performance model surfaces in this new Off-White and Purple colorway. Inspired by the Audi TT Roadster, the adidas Crazy 1 is highlighted by its molded upper topped off with a grip on the half-shell toe and spoiler on the heel. Other details include the inner bootie injected with an EVA midsole and a Torsion system. Giving it a bit of a Lakers to feel to them is the but of Yellow spotted on the heel and outsoles.

The adidas Crazy 1 in Off-White and Purple has not been given an official release date, but we do expect them to get one in the coming weeks. Stay tuned.

In other news, the Air Jordan 4 SE Craft Photon Dust will be releasing on February 11th for $210.

ABOUT THE RELEASE: The adidas Crazy 1 (formerly known as the adidas Kobe) made its debut back in 2000. A rerelease happened in 2006 while the latest retro took place during the mid-2010s. The Crazy 1 is also the sneaker Kobe wore during his his first of five NBA championships. Without a doubt one of Kobe’s most unique looking sneakers, the Crazy 1 is highlighted by its molded upper that was designed to look like the Audi TT Roadster. Other design include a double foam collar, half-shell toe, injected EVA midsole and a Torsion system. Always labeled as a controversial sneaker due to its looks, there’s no denying that the tone of this upcoming retro is much different than past offerings for the simple fact that Kobe is no longer with us. For that reason, this release will be much more memorable and emotional than all of its predecessors.
