Ronnie Fieg officially unveils his latest New Balance 998 collaboration in partnership with the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. Dubbed the Kith x x Frank Lloyd Wright x New Balance 998 Broadacre City, this collaboration will include two styles of the model inspired by the legendary architect’s “Broadacre City” concept while also celebrating the silhouettes’ 35th Anniversary.

The two pairs from the Kith x x Frank Lloyd Wright x New Balance 998 Broadacre City collection are constructed in a mix of mesh, premium pigskin suede and hairy suede materials. You can differentiate one pair from the other by way of the material on the overlays. The first pair dons smooth suede on the toe and heels, while hairy suede is used on the quarter panels. The second pair utilizes hairy suede on the toe and heels, while smooth suede takes care of the quarter panels. Both pairs feature the signature leather “N” logos on the side panels and traditional 998 New Balance tongue branding. All this is placed atop an ABZORB cushioned midsole atop a Black rubber outsole.
Retailing for $220, the Kith x x Frank Lloyd Wright x New Balance 998 Broadacre City collaboration will first release on Friday, April 14th exclusively at Kith Tokyo, followed by a second release at a pop-up in the Cabaret Theater inside Taliesin West in Scottsdale, Arizona. A wider release will then take place on April 17th at Kith.com and at Kith shops.
