Have you bee keeping track of the sneakers that will be a part of Nike Athletic Department collection? Adding to the already impressive lineup, we now give you a first look at the Nike Air Max 1 Athletic Department.
This special iteration of the Nike Air Max 1 comes dressed in a White, Black Forest, Neutral Grey, and Varsity Maize color scheme. Constructed in a mix of materials, details include a White mesh base with Grey suede overlays at the vamp and midfoot panel. Elsewhere you will find Black nubuck mudguards and leather Swooshes with nylon used along the collars. Adding some pop to the design are the Yellow (Varsity Maize) contrasting accents on the upper eyelets, tongue branding, insoles, and portion of the rubber outsole. Finishing details include the Golden “Nike Air” embroidery on the heels, the “Athletic Department” branding on the insoles, and an aged-like midsole and Black and Maize rubber outsole.
