First released in the Fall of 2018, the now coveted Aloha Super model was created to honor the legendary skater (Mark Gonzales) and the pivotal moments he’s contributed to both adidas, and skateboard history. Dressed in a Core Black, Crystal White, and Carbon color scheme, the sneaker comes dressed in an all-Black upper constructed in a mix of leather, nubuck, and suede materials. Contrast comes by way of the White Three Stripes on the sides, Shmoofoil adidas branding on the tongues, and “MG” embroidery on the heels. Finishing detailed include the semi-translucent outsole infused with the Gonz’s imagination (traction design).
Retailing for $100, the Mark Gonzales x adidas Aloha Super Core Black is now arriving at select retailers but a wider release is expected on June 15th via adidas.com.
