Ever since New Balance brought back their New Balance 550 a few years back, it has remained one of the brand’s best sellers. At first it was a model that your typical sneakerhead would gravitate to, but as of later the brand has upper their production of the 550 that now you see the sneaker on the feet of all types of people, even ones that aren’t necessarily into sneakers. That said, today we give you a first look at this upcoming White and Red colorway of the retro model.
The New Balance 550 White Red comes constructed in a mix of leather, mesh, and pigskin suede. Details include a White base gently offset by the Light Grey overlays spotted up front and on the collars. Contrast comes by way of the Red hits throughout including the New Balance and “550” branding along with the outline of the White “N” logos. A White midsole atop a Red rubber outsole complete the look.
Retailing for $120, the New Balance 550 White Red is set to release in the coming months at select New Balance retailers and NewBalance.com. Stay tuned for an official release date.
