Earlier this month we got a first look at the Reebok CLUB C BULC as its getting ready to take part in a collaboration with BEAMS. Now we have Reebok officially introduce the new model as the first inline colorways are set to drop early on next month.
Previewed below, the Reebok CLUB C BULC expressive and exaggerated model that pays homage to those that have worn other Reebok silhouettes, including the LT Court and original Club C, to skate in over the past few decades. The model embodies a Y2K aesthetic that is reminiscent of skate shoes from the ‘90s and 2000s. The intention behind the shoe was to create an overbuilt version of the iconic Club C to perfectly complement the baggy, loose-fitting apparel trends of the time period.
The Reebok CLUB C BULC borrows design cues that reference popular shoes from the early 2000s that were typically worn skating such as the over-padded tongue, fat laces, rubberized toe cap, midsole, and outsole to provide stability and traction. The first inline colorways of the model come dressed in your choice of White or Black leather placed on top of gum outsole as a nod to the popular gum version of the iconic Club C Revenge.
Retailing for $100, look for these two colorways of the Reebok CLUB C BULC to release on July 8th on Reebok.com.
In Jordan Brand news, the Union X Air Jordan 1 High OG Woven is slated to drop in August.
