Austin Reaves signed a deal with Chinese-based brand Rigorer back in June. Today we give you an official look at his debut signature shoe, the Rigorer AR1. Set to release next month, let’s see what this sneaker is all about.
The Rigorer AR1 arrives in this fun and exciting “Ice Cream” colorway. This initial colorway is inspired by Reaves’ love for ice cream that he enjoys during the summer seasons in rural Arkansas. Design details on the Rigorer AR1 Ice Cream include a predominantly White Woven Cocoon upper that is the complemented by the soft pastel hues arriving in blue, yellow, and pink that’s means to resemble melting ice cream. Other notable features that may not be as easy to spot include insoles featuring a three-scoop cone that pay homage to the ice cream treat.
Reaves worked closely with the design team to make sure that the AR1 maximizes performance and efficiency on the basketball court. The sneaker not only suits his all-around game, but is also a versatile option for all players.
Retailing for $100, the Rigorer AR1 Ice Cream is set to release on August 11th exclusively at Kicks Crew and Rigorer.com. Additionally, Kicks Crew will be hosting a raffle where five lucky winners will receive the AR1 in an exclusive box set with two pairs of socks.
