This latest iteration of Melo’s first signature sneaker is also the newest addition to his Rare Reserve collection. The Rare Reserve collection was formerly exclusive to players, but are now up for grabs for the general public to purchase.
The PUMA MB.01 Golden Child is all about making a statement and breaking some neck as the sneaker is given a Metallic Gold finish from top to bottom. This includes the breathable monomesh as well as the sole that features PUMA’s NITROFOAM for optimal comfort and responsiveness. Other notable details include the Fiery Coral accents on the branding and the unique Melo details such as the wings and the “1 of 1” motto. Lastly, the rocket ship flames on the collar pay homage to Melo’s spaceship tattoo on his leg.
